01 / BIOACTIVE RATIO TECHNOLOGY

The ratio is the technology.

Fraktion8 is a fixed combination of selected cannabinoids assembled from pure isolates. More than 100 combinations were screened to determine which components and proportions produced the strongest response in cell models. The selected system was then rebuilt without relying on a variable plant extract.

This creates a reproducible composition with the biological complexity of a molecular system.

Cell-based research and human-in-use evaluation inform the development of Fraktion8. The tested formulation, method and endpoint determine what a result can support.

Biological evaluation

In vitro

Up to 4× the effect of pure CBD at the same dose inhibition of the NF-κB pathway, as well as TNF-a in a cell model at INRAE Montpellier, with cell viability maintained. A measurement in cells. It describes activity in a model, not an outcome in people.

Human-in-use

20 of 20 subjects showed measurably less redness, significantly improved skin barrier function and reduced transepidermal water loss in patients with sensitive skin. Dermatologically supervised in-use evaluation over four weeks, instrumental measurement.

Fraktion8 + Nanoemulsion

Three endpoints in evaluation. Fraktion8 has been encapsulated in a nanoemulsion carrier to improve delivery and penetration of Fraktion8.

04 / Beyond the active

The system matters.
So does its delivery.

An active that stays on the surface of the skin is an active you paid for and did not use. The ratio decides what Fraktion8 does. The carrier decides whether it gets through the epidermis. That makes delivery a second piece of technology, not a formulation detail. Fraktion8 has been encapsulated in a nanoemulsion carrier. The droplets are extremely small: roughly a thousand would fit across the width of a single hair. Small enough to stay evenly suspended in the formula, and to cross the epidermis.

05 / THE PLATFORM AHEAD

Fraktion8 is the first proof of a broader method.

The same activity-led logic can be applied to other plants and molecular classes. The nanoemulsion work also creates a formulation route for further lipophilic actives. Dinetic's longer-term direction is to develop defined bioactive and delivery systems for skin and topical applications.

Future systems may investigate biological questions associated with disrupted or highly reactive skin. Every programme will require its own evidence, formulation work and regulatory path before an application or benefit is communicated.
