Investor information01 / Strategic ingredient partnerships
Partners receive Fraktion8 encapsulated in a nanoemulsion, supported by samples, an existing technical dossier, formulation guidance and an evaluation protocol. Regulatory support is available for the intended product and market. Claim development follows the ongoing biological testing of the combined system.
A fixed cannabinoid combination assembled from pure isolates in a proprietary ratio, with consistent composition from batch to batch.
Fraktion8 in nanoemulsion, samples and technical support are available for qualified partner evaluations.
Cell-model and human-in-use data are documented separately. Results from the combined nanoemulsion system will be added when testing is complete.
COMMERCIAL VALIDATION
A European market leader in topical muscle and joint care has signed a licensing contract for Fraktion8 and is building its next product around it. Commercial terms remain confidential. The partner product is in development and not yet on shelf.

Formula51 is Dinetic’s Swiss premium skincare brand for people who want considered care and a simpler routine. Our own research shapes the product, from its lead active to the role of every supporting ingredient. Fewer steps. A clear purpose for each one.
Shield is our first product: a 50 ml daily face cream built around Fraktion8, four complementary active technologies and SPF 20. Hydration, skin comfort, a more even-looking complexion and daily protection come together in one formula. Designed for a morning ritual that fits real life.
Product and packaging development are complete. Shield is ready for production in Switzerland, with launch planned through our own online store and selected retail, pharmacy and distribution partners.
