Data we process
When you visit the website, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, date and time. When you contact us, we process the details you provide, such as your name, business email, organisation, role, telephone number, enquiry, timing and requested meeting availability.
Why we process it
We use personal data to deliver and secure the website, respond to enquiries, assess partnership, distribution, investment or research requests, prepare meetings, maintain business correspondence and meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website and conducting our business, steps requested before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations or consent where required.
Contact forms and CRM
When you submit a form, this website sends your contact details and qualification answers to Dinetic’s HubSpot CRM. We include the enquiry category, form type, language, submission time and available landing-page, referrer and campaign information. Authorised Dinetic users use this information to assess and answer your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails, send an investor deck or book a meeting.
Meeting requests
If you request a meeting, Dinetic uses your stated time zone and availability to decide who should participate and to propose a suitable appointment. A calendar invitation may then be sent through Dinetic’s email and calendar provider. No meeting is booked automatically by this website.
Service providers and international transfers
Dinetic may use service providers for website hosting, security, CRM, email and calendar functions. They process data only for the relevant service and under their own contractual and legal obligations. Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where required, Dinetic uses recognised safeguards or relies on an adequacy decision.
Cookies and browser storage
We store language preferences and optional unpublished text drafts locally in your browser. Privacy choices are stored locally for 180 days under dinetic-consent-v2. These functions do not use advertising cookies. You can change your privacy choices at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Clearing browser storage also removes saved choices and drafts.
Visitor analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It measures page visits, approximate location, device information, referring domains and selected enquiry actions. Google processes technical connection data, including your IP address; GA4 states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses. We do not send contact details, form contents, URL query strings or URL fragments to Analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. We use consent as the legal basis where required. Without consent, the Google tag is blocked completely.
Analytics uses first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days. Event-level retention in the Google property is set to two months as part of activation. Google may process data in the USA and other countries. Before activation, Dinetic must accept the applicable processing terms and verify the safeguards for international transfers. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and removes the Analytics cookies accessible to this website. It does not undo earlier lawful processing. Contact us about any further data-protection request.
HubSpot & Microsoft Clarity
HubSpot website tracking and Microsoft Clarity are loaded only when configured and after your analytics consent. HubSpot measures website visits. Clarity provides interaction analysis and session recordings; contact forms are marked for masking. These services may use cookies and process data outside Switzerland. Direct submission of an enquiry to HubSpot works independently of analytics consent.
HubSpot website tracking is configured. Microsoft Clarity is configured.
With analytics consent, landing-page and campaign information is kept in session storage for the current browser session. Without consent, only the information available on the submission page is included. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and removes accessible analytics cookies and stored attribution.

Retention and security
Dinetic keeps personal data only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or business relationship, or as required by statutory retention duties. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect data. Internet transmission and electronic storage nevertheless cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your personal data and ask for correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may also contact the competent data protection authority. Send requests to info@dinetic.ch; we may need to verify your identity.
Changes
Dinetic may update this privacy information when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
