Website and enquiries

For operation and security, we process connection data such as IP address, browser, pages requested and access time. We process your contact details, organisation and enquiry to respond and manage our business relationship. Submissions go to our HubSpot CRM with EU data hosting, together with the enquiry type and available source information. Forms work without tracking consent. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Your choices

Necessary technologies support secure operation, forms and saving your language and privacy choices. Optional services start only with your consent. “Accept all” enables both categories below. Settings let you select them separately and withdraw consent at any time for the future. We save your choice for 180 days. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Privacy settings

Analytics: Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) measures visits, sources, pages, devices, approximate country and enquiry actions using cookies and technical usage data. We do not send form contents to Google Analytics. Google advertising features are disabled. Our Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Event data is retained for two months and user data for 14 months; further activity can extend user-data retention.

Insights and marketing

HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited and HubSpot, Inc.) collects visits, IP addresses and online identifiers. With your consent, website interactions may be linked to a later enquiry. HubSpot also acts as an independent controller when using visitor data for its products and commercial datasets, including buyer intent and company information for its customers.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and Microsoft Corporation) provides session recordings and heatmaps. Form fields are masked. Microsoft also processes usage and device data and online identifiers for its own purposes, including product improvements and user profiles for advertising, as an independent controller. Recordings are generally retained for 30 days; selected recordings and heatmaps for up to nine months.

Providers and international transfers

We use OpenAI and Cloudflare for hosting and security, and HubSpot for enquiries. Data may be processed in Switzerland, the EU, the USA and other provider locations, including by support teams and subprocessors. The linked provider information identifies these locations. Transfers to countries without adequate protection rely on recognised safeguards, particularly standard contractual clauses with Swiss adaptations or, for certified US recipients, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Legal bases and retention

Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR apply. Under the GDPR, website operation relies on legitimate interests in security and business operations; enquiries on pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests; and optional technologies on consent. We keep enquiries as needed for handling the request, the business relationship or statutory obligations. Access is restricted to authorised people and service providers.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact info@dinetic.ch. You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a competent EU supervisory authority. We update this notice when relevant changes occur.
