Transdermal Application

Applying compounds via transdermal route, the alteration and degradation of different substances via the first-pass effect can be prevented. Our team is developing different methods to deliver molecules directly to the treatment site to reduce these problems.

Challenge

There are several challenges to consider when it comes to transdermal application of e.g. CBD. some of these challenges include

  • the use of undefined homeopathic concentrations
  • variability in ingredients composition (CBD has very low solubility),
  • potential side effects,
  • lack of transparency
  • lack of safety
  • lack of result evidence

We will address all these challenges

Solution

On transdermal applications, we are aiming at making headway with the following Points:

  • Reduced unwanted undesirable effects
  • Experimental validation/toxicology tests (In-vitro, in-vivo, ex-vivo)
  • Propose Indications

The use of nano lipid technology to assist the delivery of molecules offers several benefits that make it a valuable tool in various applications.

  • it allows the delivery of molecule of interest in tissues ac the cellular levels.
  • the content of the lipid can be customized to meet specific needs.
  • the thickness of the lipid can be adjusted to control the release of the substance.
  • lipids can be dosed for both local and whole-body application, making them highly versatile.

Legislation is changing, there is a big opportunity to enter into this market segment while being compliant with the novel regulations. This represents a new possible start in this industry and allows a new positioning avoiding to enter in an unclear, undefined, displacement market.

The proposal of defined phyto-products represents a big opportunity that has not been fully  exploited.

Our goal is to offer long lasting solutions, with well-defined products
